Update
The update continues to prove more complex than we'd hoped. Completion time is now projected to be 8 am UTC (4 am US/Eastern).

This scheduled maintenance affected: Core application, Communications (Bulk email service, SMS service, MMS service, SMS via long code, MMS via long code, SMS phone number provisioning, In-app support messaging), Application services (Reporting, Geocoding, Knowledge Base, Public site), and Cloud platform (Database servers).
